I love burpees and squat jumps. You can do squat jack legs and skate hops too. Also squat one hop forward two backs those are a killer!! High knee run with fast leg combo, 180 squats, split squats or ploy lunges. Hope that helps!

Debbie 30 minutes a day is not enough workout time for weight loss. Maybe you are not eating enough calories with the nutritional value you need. Too many "empty calories" is as bad as not eating.
