It depends upon the client. Some clients do not care about programs or sessions, they just want results. Mindy, stress management is necessary but hard for a healthy life. All of the above answers are good. Meditation is good for getting your mind to quiet. So is deep breathing exercises. Do things you enjoy doing: lifting, running, reading, walking, music, etc. Whatever it is be present.
