    I've been working with Tyler for more than 6 months. I had difficulty finding a trainer who could actually teach me the knowledge for me to workout on my own, and live a healthier lifestyle. Tyler taught me everything from nutrition to proper form with weight training to advanced lifting like barbell squats and deadlifts. He is very sincere and understanding but most importantly helped me achieve the body I want and how to keep it! THANKS TYLER!!
