    I have been working out at Mitchell Fitness Systems for several years.

    Trent and Vicki have built a great facility. They, and their trainers, are serious about fitness but combine it with a fun approach to make sure you have great workouts and enjoy being there.

    Trent, my trainer, has designed a great program that is perfect for me as he has for many others. He developed a challenging workout plan to meet my schedule and fitness level. In addition, he is helping me strive toward making healthier food choices and to understand how that affects my overall health.

    Also, Trent is committed to constantly learning about fitness and nutrition. He is passionate about learning and he wants to make sure he is sharing the best and most current information with his customers.

    I've been working out with Trent for almost four years now. He really pays attention to your condition, both physically and mentally. Sometimes you're just not up to a hard workout other times you are and he picks up on that. He's more than a trainer, he's also a life coach, enouraging you to do your best and not let the things that you can't control take over your life. I really like going to his gym and have made some good friends with whom I enjoy working out.

    Trent is simply an awesome personal trainer. He will work with you, whatever your needs may be, and tailor a program specifically suited to your individual needs. If you are in the right frame of mind, that is, you have the desire to push yourself, he will help you become a better you. Through workouts and diet/nutrition advice, Trent can help you get to where you want to go.

    Trent is one of those trainers you only find once in a lifetime. He personalizes every client's training to match exactly what they need. The man is a master at training and treats you with care if you are injured. I am 71 and have more aches and pains than I care to admit. I have had back, arm and shoulder surgery and am about ready to have my knee operated on. If it hadn't been for Trent working with me over the past several years I would probably be in a wheel chair. Every injury I incur Trent works with to make sure my body supports that injury. Whether you want to get in shape, sculpture your body or just live longer Trent is your won't be disappointed.
