I will customize your workout program toward your specific goals and needs. I will make your workouts fresh and fun every time. I will work with you to-improve muscle tone by reducing unwanted body fat, correct muscular imbalances, increase your cardiovascular endurance and increase your body’s lean muscle mass. All of witch will increase your metabolism. I will keep records of your weight, body fat% and measurements. I will also calculate your daily calories and give you nutrition guidance. You will keep a food log on an app that I give you and we will review it weekly. You will be giving work outs to perform on the days we are not together. These workout will change every 4-6 weeks. Together we will achieve your fitness goals. I am based in San Francisco and I work primarily at Fitness SF soma and at Diakadi Body.     I've had many trainers over the years, but Todd is my favorite. He motivates and challenges me with each workout, and the result has been a significant increase in my strength, endurance, and confidence. Since he varies each workout, the hour flies by. I'm amazed at all the new exercises he teaches me. Todd is extremely knowledgeable about physiology and body mechanics and helped me recover from a very bothersome shoulder and neck injury. Todd is an excellent trainer in every way. He's also a very kind and thoughtful man with a great sense of humor!

    Todd is amazing! He is very knowledgeable of the human body in both nutrition and fitness. He tailors your workouts, always ensures proper form and you can see results quickly if you follow his plan. I workout with Todd two days a week and have seen amazing results and feel very strong. On top of being a great trainer, he is a great person. He is funny, motivating and sincere… and all of that at 6:00am in the morning! Love him.

    To describe Todd as awesome would be a major understatement. His thoughtful approach to training produces results and is transformative. Most importantly, Todd pushes you to your limits but never compromises on safety. He is a master trainer and I keep going back.

    Todd has been my trainer for a couple of years now. There is no denying that you get a full workout with him. Our workouts have enough variety where I don't get bored and he doesn't take my whining as a reason to slow down. I like that!! Over the years, I've had several trainers @24 hour Fitness and Gold's Gym. Todd, by far, is the best of them all.
