    I've been working out with Tim for a year and a half 2 times a week. He has helped me lose over 50 pounds after having a baby, change my body's shape and also gain quite a bit of strength which is definitely needed having a 30 pound boy! I have a love/hate relationship with working out, I love the results!!! I don't always like Tim during the work out (hahaha) but, afterward I always feel Amazing and I hardly ever get sore. It is so strange because I always think I'm going to be really sore the next day and I've only been really sore a few times. I was never able to run on the treadmill or anywhere for that matter as I would always get a stabbing pain in my side after only a few minutes. Now, Tim MAKES me run before every workout (I still don't like running) I have increased my speed A LOT over time and now I can run for a while and no stabbing pain. It really is amazing! The BEST part is that I am now fitting into ALL of my pre-pregnancy clothing!!! Thank you TIM!!!!

    Working out with Tim was the first time I ever worked out with a personal trainer. After 3 1/2 months I noticed my body getting increasingly stronger, I am able to do exercises I haven't been able to do in years, I can run for much longer periods of time and I've lost body fat. He switches up exercises while still targeting our personal problem areas which makes exercising more enjoyable. He also gives us advice regarding what kinds of foods to eat before and after our workout

    I've worked with Tim twice; once as a personal trainer and the second time he provided physical therapy. He is excellent in both capacities! His knowledge of muscle groups is superior and aids in his ability to target specified areas of concern. He is very personable and genuinely shows concern for my health in and out of the gym.

    Working out with Tim was the first time I used personal trainer. He is very professional, patient and has a lot of passion/knowledge for fitness. My experience was awesome and I got the results I wanted!
