Punk Rope is offered in 13 states and is the most popular rope-jumping inspired fitness class in the U.S. Tim is also the creator of Beast-a-netics™, a Tabata-inspired workout, which emphasizes high intensity body weight training.
Tim’s approach to fitness is simple. Find an activity you enjoy and stick with it. Play often. Take care of your body. You only get one. And remember that age is only a number.
