I have been working out with Tom for almost a year now. When I first saw him I could barely get through the first 10 minutes of our workout. But through his gentle coaching I can now get through our twice weekly workouts. I never leave sore or so exhausted that I don't want to return. Tom is coaching me through shoulder and back pain that has plagued me of years. He is showing me how to exercise and strengthen certain muscle groups to help alleviate my discomfort. And it's working. He motivates me to get up and not lead a sedentary lifestyle. I could not be happier with Tom, and I look forward to our weekly sessions.--Cindy S

Tom Anglin has been my cardio kickboxing instructor for six years. Over the years I have been experiencing pain in my left foot, plantar fasciitis. When the pain became too much to bear I approached Tom. He agreed to a full assessment. This included questions about my exercise routine and lifestyle. After a thorough evaluation, Tom educated me on the causes of my pain, the relationship of the muscles in my foot to the rest of my leg, and how my style of running relates to my plantar fasciitis. He also gave me an exercise program to follow. After following this regiment the pain and discomfort subsided. I was so happy with the results; I consulted Tom for help with hip pain I experience on occasion. Again, he composed an exercise routine for me to follow. And once more I had success! If I ever find myself experiencing more pain I will definitely consult Tom for assistance.
