I came to Terri's link when I wanted to find a personal trainer to get in shape for my wedding. I have been working out with Terri for 9 months and I have never met someone that motivates me as much as her. Terri is very good at really targeting your needs and getting you in to shape. She is very outgoing and has taught me to really enjoy working out and the benefits of being in shape and healthy. I look forward to meeting with Terri on a weekly basis! She is an excellent trainer and has become a good friend.
I was unsure if I could actually start a strength training program at the age of 56. I found Terri's website and sent her an email. I had a timely response and we were able to set up a consultation. I explained some of my issues (impinged shoulder, neck spurs, arthritis, degenerative disc disease,etc) Terri not only designed an ever changing strength program to challenge me on a weekly basis but also a program that has also helped eliminate many of the age old aches and pains. I never thought that I would enjoy sweating so much but I look forward to my workouts with Terri. She has a great personality and keeps the program reinforcement very positive. Five stars all the way!
I lack any self-discipline for exercise. In my 50's and overweight, I finally accepted that a personal trainer was going to be the only way I was going to get back in shape. I work out with Terri just once a week, but after a year, it has made a significant difference. I've lost over 20 pounds and I'm in much better shape. She really tailors her workouts to what I can do (my back sometimes acts up). The workouts are never boring and the level of exercise continues to move up as I get stronger. Her approach is consistently supportive and encouraging. It works.

Terri has been my trainer for over 5 years. The time she spends with me goes fast and I feel wonderful after an exercise session. During the last 2 years, I was recovering from breast cancer and she helped me get back on my feet and was very attentive to my limitations.

Terri is an incredible trainer in that she knows exactly how to motivate each of her clients. Whether it is in a group setting or one on one, she is able to provide a serious workout that is still fun. She works different muscles at every session and always provides modifications for any exercise that is too challenging. I cannot recommend her enough. Try her workout out and you will say the same thing!!! Awesome workout from a true professional.
I have been working with Terri for about 5 years. She is an excellent trainer. She gears our workouts to my abilities and always finds a ways to challenge me. She is attentive and encouraging but never demanding. She is also a fun person to spend time with. I feel strong and fit thanks to Terri.
For someone like me who likes to the effects of exercise, mentally as well as physically, but not neccessarily the process , Terri is your person!! Terri makes sweating as enjoyable as possible. I also like the fact it is never the same workout each time. Yeah Terri!!
I work out 6 times per week with multiple trainers. Terri is the most fun and yet gives me the best cardio workout without use of a boring treadmill or stairmaster. Group curcuit trainings lets all of us find an intensity that works. Terri fully understands the need for some to be more cautious and gives individual alternatives. We all come away having worked out and having fun.
Terri has been my trainer for the last month. She has me working muscles I have not used in years. Overall I feel so much better and stronger. She keeps her workouts new, interesting and not easy! Terri is very patient and you can tell she truly enjoys what she does.
Thanks to Terri's expertise, enthusiasm, patience, and unique ability to target one's individual needs, this past year has trained me to enjoy exercising and realize the total benefits of a structured exercise program. Getting me to exercise and admit to its many wonderful benefits is a testimony to Terri's many exceptional talents.
