    I had the opportunity to benefit from Teri's personal training during our latest holidays on MV.
    She came 3 times / week on the course of 3 weeks. Since I had quite a few family members join our holidays, some of them would also join the session.
    Teri was a great highlight of our holiday routine! She demonstrated great flexibility in adapting to each person's physical abilities - we had people from 40 yrs to 75 yrs old with very different needs. She ensured each exercise was at the right level of effort and capacity for each. She was also very in-tune with each and how the wee feeling during a session - so she could adapt as needed, providing constant guidance and encouragement throughout the session.
    Teri supplied the full gear / equipment needed for the session and made use of the surroundings as needed/possible. So we had a great variety of exercises (we did not want a routine session) which were never boring.
    It was also great to chat with her during the session, as she gave great advice about things to do on the island (which were appropriate for our multi-generational big group). She extended her advice and support many times.
    Teri has definitely been one of our highlights of the holidays and I plan on hiring her again when I am back.

    I have been working with Teri for the past 6 months and am so impressed with her knowledge and skill as a trainer. Teri offers more than physical fitness, she is also a life coach and brings this to her training. Teri's insights and suggestions bring an added value to her workouts. Working soley with women Teri has devoted her practice to address the issues and concerns that are especially important to women over 50. Working with Teri has been a pleasure and incredibly beneficial.
