I have been involved in health and fitness practically all my life. The benefits of being active have truly helped me enjoy a quality of life that I want to share and offer to others in their journey to better health and fitness. As a fitness professional, I believe everyone has the potential to reach their wellness goals. I strive to help others by offering challenges, encouragement, and praise for taking charge of their health. It is my philosophy that it is never too late to start this journey to better health. Compassion and kindness are essential elements to improved fitness and must not be forgotten in reaching goals. Finally, a key factor in my group exercise class is make sure you have fun and keep having fun!
