I absolutely love working as a personal trainer at InShapeEasy. It gives me great pride to know that I am helping others complete goals, break barriers, and reach new heights in fitness. I have a very simple approach, form a solid nutrition plan, hit your protocols, have a well balanced exercise program in place and stay consistent with it. There is no secret to achieving exercise fitness goals, all it takes is a little commitment and motivation! My training regimen consist of high intense interval training/crossfit which is put together to form our Strength & Conditioning Functional Training System. This system can take anyone of any fitness level from beginner to advanced all while building strength, endurance, flexibility, and the most important thing, CONFIDENCE!
