Tara is a great instructor . Yes she challenges you and she pushes you even when you think that you can't do any more she is there letting you know to keep going. I just want to thank you Tara for your great support. Delessa: ))))))

Tara does an incredible job getting the class motivated to push themselves further than they ever thought they could. She takes the time to learn your name and you which makes it feel like you're getting 1 on 1 time with her even in a room of 20 people. The workouts are challenging and fun. Everyone who has taken a class with Tara, repeat after me... "I will not be defeated". Great trainer and great person!

Teaching style: Motivational, passionate, creative, interactive, participant focused and personal.
Motivation: Highly motivational. Successfully directs intensity and effort. Tara combines competition and recreation into positive results. Pushes the limits or participants to enhance individual performance.
Class Prep.: Extremely well prepared and well structured. Workouts are FUN !!! and always challenging. Tara takes the time to understand the class participants and creatively structures challenging exercise around the participants.
Tara has a unique talent for training. When combined with her passion and creativity it creates and environment for success and something very special for those she interacts with.

Tara is an overall great fitness instructor, the best I've ever experienced. I've been working out for the past 1-2 yrs with Tara at Cleveland State University, taking her Spinning classes and CarioSculpt classes. My fitness level has never been better, she just has this way of making you peak at your fitness level. I was never a runner in my life until I started working out in Tara's classes, now I'm able to run 5K with ease. She recognizes every participant's strengths and weaknesses and works with them to reach their max fitness potential. We have a great group of members in our classes and we all are motivated by her at each class. She never seems to run out of new ideas for each workout. And what a great person too. Go Tara!!

I have to say that Tara is the best Fitness Instructor I have ever had, and that is not an exaggeration!! Not only does she challenge me each session, she makes the class fun. I actually look forward to exercising! I have been going to her class for one year and three months, and the fact that I continue to be sore is because she continues to mix it up and not keep us in a boring routine. Some days, before class, I am actually "nervous" wondering what she has in store for us. But she never pushes us to do more than she is sure we can do. I love her class, and feel very lucky that I have her as an instructor. Thanks Tara!

I take Tara's CardioSculpt and Spinning classes. Tara is by far the best fitness instructor I've ever had. Her classes are always challenging. You never know what to expect which keeps the classes interesting. Tara knows her students well and motivates each of us to try to reach our best each class. Tara makes getting out of bed at 5:00 am worth it.

Tara is definitely the best fitness instructor I have ever had. She makes each class completely different and this is one of the reasons I look forward to her class each week. She has pushed me way beyond the level of fitness I was before I started taking her class and continues to push me so there is no "plateau" and no boredom and no quitting. I thought I was in “pretty good shape” before taking her class but she helps you see that you are capable of much more. Not only do I feel like I am in the best shape of my life but I have never enjoyed working out more.

I take Tara’s Cardio Sculpt class at CSU; since I started it has been the most wonderful experience. Tara is a taught instructor, but makes me believe that I have potential with no limits, I love the way she inspires us to do more.
Every class is different one time I said "This class is like box of chocolates, because you never know what you going to get".
Tara is great and I’m so happy to finally find a trainer that really cares of their students.

I take Tara's CardioSculpt and Spinning classes. She is a tough instructor, but she is able to get you to perform even when you don't think you can. She knows our potential and challenges us with it. When I first started her class, I couldn't even do 12 push-ups. Today, we did 5 sets of 20 and I was able to do 3-1/2 sets before I went to my knees (that's 50 push-ups)! She has us doing a variety of exercises so you never know what's coming. And, the classes are fun. If an exercise doesn't feel right, you can ask Tara without feeling uncomfortable. She will guide you to make sure you are doing every exercise correctly. I've never attended an exercise class where so many of us are dedicated to the instructor. Tara Rocks!!
