I am an Australian / American and have lived in the USA since 2002. I first began exercising at 18 and this included power walking and basic weights. I then progressed to more advanced weight training and body building. I also began incorporating running and other cardio into my routine. My lifestyle and passion for the past 20 years has been health and fitness. I decided that by becoming a Personal Trainer I could help others achieve their health and fitness goals too. I strive to achieve the best and believe that your body will function only as well as it is treated. I hope to enhance the lives of others with my knowledge and skill in physical fitness. I am currently working towards a Fitness Nutrition certification to support my Trainer certification. My goal is to make every client the best that they can be and become fit for life.
