My daughter is rehabilitating from a hypoxic brain injury as a result of viral encephalitis (West Nile Virus). After years of regular physical and occupational therapy, we brought in Tanner to change my daughters rehabilitation focus. Our goal is now muscle strengthening.

Tanner's personalized approach has drastically increased her overall strength. He provides a varied workout that is never boring or tedious. He is very professional, up-beat and on time!

I would recommend Tanner to anyone looking for a personal trainer. He has vast knowledge, skill and experience. He is also a genuinely nice person!

Tanner is a highly motivating trainer. Each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning at 6am he leads a small, yet dedicated group of women in a variety of BOOT CAMP activities. Tanner instructs us in cardio, resistance weights, stretching, flexibility, basketball, floor hockey, and sprinting.....a range of challenging and fun activities! He accommodates for those who have injuries and encourages us to attain greater fitness! I highly reccommend this professional, skilled, and knowledgeable trainer!

I have been working with Tanner for less than a year. I am a pudgy 54 year old professional woman with no major health problems. I have lost 10 lbs and am setting a goal of another 10. Tanner changes the routine every session so you never get bored. He is firm but not a jerk. I have worked with trainers in NYC and Geneva, IL and not only is Tanner the most knowledgeable he's also the most interesting to talk to.
I would recommend Tanner to anyone looking for a responsible, caring trainer to get them motivated and focused.

I started working with Tanner in 2005 when I was an outpatient at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital recovering from a muscular disorder. Tanner was one of the therapists assigned to work with me. When we started, I was in a wheelchair and needed a walker to assist in walking. Tanner has gradually increased the variety and intensity of the training sessions. When Tanner left Marianjoy to form his business, I continued with him because he had been instrumental in developing the therapy which has (and is) helping regain strength and balance. He is professional, personable, and has been very accommodating to his clients. I rate him very highly.
