Susan was a tremendous help in motivating me as I undertook a complete life style change.
I wanted not to just lose weight, but also to change my way of thinking about physical and mental fitness. Susan helped me along the way as I lost 75 pounds (and kept it off) and I now know how to eat healthier and make the right choices when it comes to what i eat and when I eat it. I am much stronger physically and more in tune with the exercises I do and how they affect my overall well being than I have ever been in my life. I owe it to her motivation, counseling and friendship.
It was awesome having Susan as my mentor, training partner and friend. I always looked forward to my training with her. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a complete package as a trainer.

Sue has been the best fitness trainer that I have used (I have had over eight physical trainers) & has been instrumental in helping me get back to a state of much improved health & well-being, following a life-threatening accident that I had a few years ago.
Her approach combines the best of analytical methods to identify and correct physical problems/limitations with personal motivation techniques that empowers the client to achieve goals that they may believe to be unattainable.
In my case, she has helped me dramatically improve my strength, flexibility, & endurance, at the same time providing a program to wean me off powerful pain medications.
As a result, I am completely medication free & largely pain-free for the first time in almost four years.
I highly recommend her for those who wish to improve any facet of their health & well-being.
