I would concur with all of the previous responses. She is wonderful. On the personality side, I have found her very accepting of where I was and what I could and could not do. She, in a private session and in a class, would always offer options for an exercise so that one might benefit without overdoing.
She is more concerned about the person building capacity and interest in a healthy life than 'doing a job' or expecting complete adherence to a suggested program. It is refreshing to work with someone who can encourage without guild, support knowing one's capacity, and be empathetic.

Susan is an outstanding fitness trainer. She uses a variety of exercise equipment and varies each class which keeps exercising from becoming routine. She has a nice, quiet manner when conducting class. I find this relaxing. Susan continues to take professional classes and incorporates new exercises and routines into her classes. I have been exercising with Susan for many years and have taken a variety of classes. She is a master instructor of all classes that she conducts. Susan is a true professional.

Susan does a wonderful job of getting her clients in shape. She gives her classes such a large variety of exercises that our muscles never become accustomed to any one of them. She not only keeps us challenged but also keeps us motivated because the classes are so much fun. I love her classes and wish I had the time to take more of them!

Susan is a terrific trainer with whom I've taken classes in yoga, pilates, and toning, as well as private lessons in weight training. Her routines always vary so there are no ruts to fall into, she stays ahead of the knowledge curve, she's kind but motivating, and her group classes are small enough that everyone receives personal attention. She knows modifications if any are needed and is able to teach classes with many different levels of experience without any difficulty or anyone getting shortchanged. Wonderful exercise resource!

Susan is an outstanding trainer who provides novel workouts every session of every week. I have continued to attend her programs because she stays ahead of the trends and custom designs each session to cover all the critical components of health and fitness, including strength, balance, endurance and flexibility. She utilizes a variety of methods and tools of the trade (i.e. weights, bands, balls, discs, etc.). One never gets bored and Susan always provides modifications for activities so that people of all fitness levels can participate. I highly recommend any of her classes, from yoga to toning....
