Absolutely. I love what I do and I believe in what I do. I work with mainly deconditioned women in their 50's. They tell me how much better they feel coming to me only once a week. I know I am helping them and that inspires me.

Yes. I have been finding it harder to find clients for one on one training so I have started to do small groups. I can only fit 4 people in my studio so groups are really small and I will start a "class" with only 2 people. But I'd rather start with 2 working up to 4 than having the time without ...
