There is no such ranking system in this industry. The words Master Instructor are old school as Joanne stated. The industry has grown so much that it is not necessary to label with words, it' s much better to be educated and have experience with a resume and track record to prove it.

There are many ways to offer incentives to clients. I offer discounts on registration fees when they bring a new boot camper in , for instance. There are many reward systems such as a tee shirt if they perform a certain task or a gift certificate for perfect attendance.
