I would only go for a certification that is Nationally Accredited. NASM, ACSM, ACE Price is only one variable and even though these are not the cheapest, you will re coop your investment!

I agree with Daniel Kosich It;s actually an elongated strip of fascia. It supports the lateral portion of the leg, including the knee! So, it in itself is rather difficult to stretch.
