No, not really but a business plan is always a great idea and I would figure out expenses and then figure out what you will need to do in order to reach them, I would also think realistically but think positively and always look ahead and stay one step ahead!

There is not just one best exercise per se but there are different types of exercise regimes such as High Intensity Training and Interval Training to name two. Losing weight takes more than exercise, you must also be aware of your food choices and energy expenditure via way of your workouts.

Probably not but it would be advisable to get certified with TRX and really remain on top of your game as even a slight error can lead to injury.

Sounds exciting Will the doctor negotiate? You could possibly base your pay on volume and or percentage of the total of clientele? This sounds like it could be time consuming, so it would be great to be able to re-negotiate once you get a sense of your true time commitment and responsibilities.

I would give her alternative exercises such as a half roll back or standing Pilates work. She can sit on a stability ball also. Acid reflux can be tricky, has she been through a thorough physical?

For a one time plan I would charge by the hour, I suggest this because even after a complete assessment and consult you then need to actually figure out the program which can be time consuming in itself or possibly figure out a time scale, such as 90 minutes for $175.
