You may want to reach out to clubs in your area. Sounds like a good program. I also suggest becoming a certified instructor with an accredited nationally recognized organization such as ACE, ACSM or NASM to name a few

It's very difficult to bulk up as a female. I tend to focus on all muscle groups, and I work towards balance and symmetry. It would be great if you could hire a personal trainer with proper credentials to assist you with a program.
