I have 2 outdoor bootcamps
I run them differently / one is a drop in but I must have 5 people in order to have it, I charge $15 per class.

You have to pay money to take their course.
Is there such a thing as targeting a body part?
I base pay on the value of my worth.
I think having a broad base of expertise can only enhance training opportunities.
Of course following guidelines and staying within the scope of practice matters for all areas of this business.
Curves is an woman's only facility, can you find their business model?
Check with the California business association and talk to you lawyer.
Employers are paying the cost unless the goals are not met at the end of 6 weeks!
It's amazing that even with the facility right there people still won't workout
How about offering a bootcamp at lunch time? or short workouts lasting 25 minutes from 11:30-1:30?
I suggest combining a few clients into small group trainings if possible
They pay less per session but you can open up other times for more people
If it's too uncomfortable and it's not a necessity at this time I would eliminate it.
Once she becomes stronger and more confident you can have her try it with bent knees.
For group workouts I learn and remember their names! I try to learn something new about them each time we talk
For my personal training clients, if I feel they are not engaged I will ask them a question and get them back on focus!
