I suggest hiring a trainer who has the proper credentials to assist you with your training regime. Team in training is an excellent suggestion Personally, I suggest cross training, rolling, and learning the art of pacing.

I ask other trainers where they train I googled all of the gyms in my area and made appointments to speak with the owners. Not all studios are set up for rental situations, so if you google studios that rent, they won't show. Definitely take Karin's advice and use FitnessConnect, it's great

I would suggest doing a survey I would also research what has not worked and what will be different with your proposal. Expanding doesn't always mean an increase in membership, there has to be motivation and a program devised that will draw numbers.

It's unfortunate that we expect trends, it would be so much better if we could teach programs that have been studied and analyzed and are taught by qualified professionals instead of a constant recycling of ideas.

This can be tricky because bulimia is a very secretive disorder for most people. I would work closely with her doctor and other therapists involved This is a specialized area of training.
