Client Reviews/Comments
Ive been training with Sue over a year and a half. I knew I needed someone to motivate me to exercise. I have two young grandchildren whom I take care of regularly. I needed more strength, stamina, and balance. Sue has provided this and a lot more. I have had great results. Sue is professional, motivating, and kind.
I began working with Sue when I realized I was losing motion in my shoulder. I'm 72 now and have been doing push-ups, roll-ups, weights, lunges and all sorts of things my mother never dreamed of doing, for the last 13 years. Not only do I enjoy it, but I even have favorites. I do, however, reserve the right to grouse when she straps on five pound weights and hands me the 12 pound barbells. Because of her knowledge, professionalism and encouragement, I am stronger, more flexible and have better balance than most people I know. I have even had the courage and stamina to take ballet classes.
To have the opportunity to work with Sue has been an honor and a joy.
