I do not believe in deprivation, quick fixes, magic pills or crazy fad diets. I enjoy coaching my clients to live their best lives by delivering fun, safe and effective workouts, great nutritional information, motivational coaching techniques and accountability. My background is in fitness for women especially pre and postnatal fitness. I have experience managing a team of 30+ fitness trainers throughout San Diego as well as my own personal training business, boot camps and coaching programs.

    Summer is fantastic! Inspiring, challenging, caring, and always looking to shake things up so workouts never get stale. I've gotten great results from our work outs by losing weight and gaining strength and confidence. She gives you all the necessary tools to succeed plus the encouragement to believe in yourself. Can't say enough!

    Summer has been a wonderful trainer. She pushes you hard, but is also willing to scale down if the workout is too much of a challenge. Not only does she make working out fun, but she makes so that you don't feel bad about yourself if you can't currently do a move. She's very patient, and just wants you to achieve. Overall, she's the best trainer I've had the pleasure of knowing.

    I was very fortunate that Summer has agreed to engage with me during my pregnancy. She's a great specialist, she knows exactly what intensity and strength my body needed. I felt amazing after her classes. I think her classes helped me to feel much better during my fist trimester. Summer is just magical easy person. I got enormous pleasure from her classes and her personality!

    I had the pleasure of completing the 8 week Body Back Session with Summer - and really enjoyed her calm, positive and "gentle approach" - it was what I really needed in my life right then. Through following her guidance, the eating plan and her strenuous workouts, I was able to gain strength and endurance, plus lose 5 pounds that had been hanging around since the birth of our third child. Yay!!!!! Thanks Summer, I miss those workouts and I miss that time for me!

    Summer is an amazing trainer! I have trained with her for years, and as a runner, she was able to strengthening my whole body and seriously build my endurance. She is so aware of everyday obstacles and challenges we all face and has a magical way of inspiring you to not only workout and eat healthier but to truly understand the benefits of an all around healthier self. She is an amazing person/trainer and always keeps you wanting more. She rocks!!!
