Sue is an excellent trainer. Sue shows you the proper way to train so that you lose inches, build muscle and gain strength. I regularly attend her boot camp class which is the best workout class I have ever taken. Her workouts are challenging and engaging.
I highly recommend Sue to anyone that is interested in becoming stronger and healthier.

Sue is an awesome trainer. I came to her in May of this year with the goal of fitting into my wedding dress by September. I had ordered the dress 2 sizes too small and then gained 10 pounds. Sue helped me reach my goal through food tracking and weight training. She was encouraging but kicked me in the butt when I needed it.
Now that I have reached my first goal, I now look forward to working with Sue in the coming months to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle and have a healthy pregnancy.
I highly recommend Sue to anyone who wants help reaching their fitness goals.

I highly highly recommend Sue as a trainer. I started training w Sue to get ready for my upcoming wedding and couldn't be happier w the results. I wanted tone and definition and she knew how to design a workout program for me and knew how to encourage and challenge me. She was very patient with me as my fitness level was probably less than beginner haha and now I feel stronger than ever and feel great about going to the gym. I was so afraid about bulking up but it was an unfounded fear. Instead I've lost inches and gained definition. Couldnt be happier w the results! All thanks to Sue!!! I'm keeping her as my trainer for life.

I have been working out with sue for over four years. She has helped me reach fitness goals that I never thought were possible. She has helped me transform my body and learn how to lead a healthier lifestyle. She is very patient kind and always fun to work out with. She motivates me and pushes me to reach new levels of fitness. I have recommended her too many people and I will continue to do so. Her Fitness classes are always fun. It does not matter if she has 15 people in the room, she will always give attention to everyone. She also always adjust workouts to meet any needs you have remaining conscience of any physical limitations. Sue can design a workout plan to help meet personal goals. I highly recommend any fitness program sue designs. She is the BEST trainor I have ever had!

Today marks a year since I meant the person that would change my life. I remember meeting Sue the first time at her office. I was scared to death, had no idea what to expect or what she would tell me. As much as I wanted to lose about 10 - 15 pounds I wasn't sure I could stick to a "diet". Instead what I was given was a set of tools and how to use those tools. I thought I ate pretty good before meeting Sue, but I was way off. I started tracking everything I ate on my fitness pal, seeing the true amount of calories I was eating was an eye opening experience. Getting the diet cleaned up was part of the equation, the other was the workouts. My stomach was in such knots over the thought of going to the gym. But I found a way to make it work. The more muscle I started seeing, the more hooked on it I became, loved seeing the changes in my body. In order to be successful you have to be consistent, plan ahead, when tracking calories be honest with yourself. If you eat candy, chocolate, account for it. If I know where we are going to dinner or lunch I look at the menu ahead of time to make the best possible choices. I also found you can eat a piece of cake or cupcake once in a while, it won't blow your new habits. You can enjoy dinner with friends and family, as you eat for a week not a day. Following Sue's advise and training program, I lost not the 10 - 15 I wanted to lose, but 25 pounds. I will never be able to say thank you enough to the one person that truly changed my life.
