    Sue genuinely cares about her clients and is dedicated to helping them achieve their goals. She develops customized programs designed for each client’s needs and capabilities.

    When I first met Sue in January of 2015, I never imagined the impact she would have on my life. For years I struggled with my weight, I tried running, kickboxing, yoga etc., only to give up when I never saw results. I was eating what I perceived to be healthy foods. My husband knew I was unhappy with how I felt about myself, I had no self-esteem or self-confidence. He loved me for who I was but he knew I could never be truly happy with myself unless I made significant changes. For this reason he did research, in doing so he found Sue's information. Due to my lack of self confidence, my first meeting with Sue I was so nervous, almost to the point of a panic attack. Fast forward two years, it was the best decision I ever made.

    When you join most gyms, they provide you with a trainer, but not a nutritionist. I realized in order to be successful with weight loss, you need both, that is what Sue provides. She tailor's a program specific for the individual she is training, it is not a one size fits all program. She takes the time to find out her client's needs and goals, as well as any limitations, i.e, injuries etc. Through her guidance and support I have maintained a two year weight loss of 25 lbs. The weight loss has in turn increased my self-esteem and confidence. My husband works out of the country so I do many things alone, had it not been for the increase in self-confidence, I would be spending many weekends home alone. Recently I have started doing some traveling alone, something that even 3 years a I could never do.

    In August of 2016, I competed in my first power lift competition. This is something I never would have imagined I would be doing at 50. The old me never would have been able to step on that stage without panicking. My goals have changed slightly, I am starting a body building program with Sue's help and guidance.

    In addition to be a great trainer, she is also an amazing friend. If you are willing to do the work, put in the time, Sue can help you reach your fitness goals. Sue will always be your biggest cheerleader, always in your corner giving you the help and guidance you need.

    Ok - so first, a little background... I've lost/gained a significant amount of weight (more than 30 lbs) probably 5 or 6 times in my adult life - and each time added lbs to my high number. In April 2015, I rejoined a weight loss program, where I started yet again on my attempt to get a handle on this once and for all. In a year, I lost over 45 lbs, and was finally at the point I wasn't completely embarrassed to walk in a gym. (note; I've only ever belonged to a gym where I went, walked on a treadmill, and made an attempt at a few machines, after which I would leave feeling unaccomplished and embarrassed, and would eventually cancel the membership.) April 2016 I started searching on facebook pages and posting to friends in the area for recommendations for a gym and a trainer. I knew that if I was going to continue to make progress, I needed to do it different this time, and that I NEEDED someone to help me along the way. I had plenty of people provide suggestions... but the name that came up the most was Sue Singer at Snap Fitness. I walked my butt into the gym and signed up and had my first session with Sue just a few days later. I remember being terrified going in, but from the first moment, I knew she was going to be an integral part of my future fitness, health and well-being. I started training with Sue an average of 2 x's a week, and also attended her Saturday boot-camp class, which I still attend almost every single Saturday. A few months in I also started going to kickboxing once a week. A year in with Sue at my side - and I've lost an additional 30 lbs, and over 24 inches from my arms, chest, waist, hips and thighs! Sue has been amazing. She is thoroughly educated in all things fitness, health and nutrition, immensely kind, strong, kick-butt, don't give up, but if your hurting - let's find an alternative exercise, friend, mentor, all around great person who will push you to do more while understanding when you can't... I can't say enough great things about her - I'm proud to say that I'm fitter than I have EVER been in my entire life, and I account so much of this to Sue. I'm 47 years old - but healthier and happier than ever - and I'm still working! My ultimate goal is to get to my 'wedding weight' by my 25th anniversary - and even though I have about 15 lbs more to go, I'm actually wearing a smaller size now than I did when I got married, and I account that to the re-shaping of my body thru training with Sue! I never would have thought I'd be comfortable walking into a gym and heading straight to the weights - right in there with the guys... but I am... and I do... and my confidence and success has been from working with Sue. I thank her from the bottom of my heart, and I know that anyone who truly wants to make a difference in their life, who meets with Sue and sticks with it, will see amazing results. I've tried and failed so many times... I don't want to fail anymore. I will keep training, I will keep working on me, because I am important. And I've got Sue to thank for that mind-set.

    I have been working with sue for about 3-4 months now and could not be happier! She inspires me to work hard in and out of he gym on both my fitness and nutrition and her knowledge of the two is exemplary. She is positive, encouraging, and confident in her techniques and they work !! I have been loving the results! I would recommend sue to anyone !

    I have tried many personal trainers but none of them could keep me motivated, and I didn’t see results. Sue came highly recommended, and not only has she kept me motivated, I look forward to our workouts. Sue is the ultimate professional – she customizes a workout that fits you, and changes it regularly when you meet your goals. She always challenges me, and I’ve been lifting higher weights than ever before, and feel great about it. Most importantly, she’s never pushed me so hard that I never want to go back to the gym. Sue also has great nutrition tips, a Facebook page to connect all her clients, and has told me about great health apps to help me meet my fitness and weight goals. She is also genuinely interested in you, as a client and a person. I am stronger than I’ve ever been and I owe it all to Sue! I would recommend her to anyone.
