    I can't say enough about Sue. I met Sue about 10 years ago when I was a member at SNAP fitness after my previous 2-3 trainers had left. She always kept me in line with structured workout sessions and positive support. As time went on I couldn't afford the personal training, but we still kept in touch. We're back working with each other, as my health coach. I'm learning so much. She's always honest, fair, compassionate, but tough on me when I need it, but never tougher than what I can handle. She continues to push herself also, ensuring that she's keeping up with the most up to date knowledge through her certifications. I can't say enough good things about her as a trainer and a person. She genuinely cares about her clients...in and outside of the gym. Thank you Sue.

    Sue is a great trainer! I met Sue many years ago at one of her Boot Camps which are awesome. I was afraid to workout in a group and the only thing I would do in the gym was cardio. Sue made me feel right at home. Even tho I was using smaller pound weights then everyone else, and couldn't do some of the workouts at first, she said it was ok and gave me the confidence to continue going to the classes. As the years went on I began to workout with Sue one on one. She is totally awesome and amazing. She pushes me and knows that I can do more. I look forward to our weekly sessions. Each time I learn something new. Wether it is nutrition wise or a different workout. If it wasn't for Sue building up my confidence i would still be coming to the gym and being that girl who would spend the whole time on the elliptical or the treadmill. I am so grateful to have met you. Thank you Sue for having faith in me and believing in me. :)

    Sue is an excellent trainer, I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is very knowledgeable in health and fitness and continues to educate herself and stay current. I came to Sue to take my strength training to the next level. I wanted to lift heavier, but I wanted to do it the right way and not hurt myself. I was also studying to become a personal trainer myself and wanted to learn proper form, as well as see things from a client perspective. Sue did not disappoint, I started to see definition in my arm and legs and definitely got stronger. She took the time to answer any questions I had. Sue has become not only my trainer, but also my mentor and friend.

    Sue is an excellent trainer. Sue shows you the proper way to train so that you lose inches, build muscle and gain strength. I regularly attend her boot camp class which is the best workout class I have ever taken. Her workouts are challenging and engaging.
    I highly recommend Sue to anyone that is interested in becoming stronger and healthier.

    Sue is an awesome trainer. I came to her in May of this year with the goal of fitting into my wedding dress by September. I had ordered the dress 2 sizes too small and then gained 10 pounds. Sue helped me reach my goal through food tracking and weight training. She was encouraging but kicked me in the butt when I needed it.
    Now that I have reached my first goal, I now look forward to working with Sue in the coming months to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle and have a healthy pregnancy.
    I highly recommend Sue to anyone who wants help reaching their fitness goals.
