    July of last year I weighed 219 lbs. I was taking medications for high blood pressure, cholesterol, and water pills. Today, thanks to Sue and her fitness and nutrition programs I weigh 176 lbs and have reduced my blood pressure medicine from 100 mg to 25 mg, have cut the other medications in half and have had amazing results from all my blood tests. I am no longer a pre-diabetic candidate as my sugar levels are normal. She is a dedicated professional and because of her I am in better health at 73 than I was at 60.

    Sue is a real bear when it comes to putting you on the right course with a balanced diet and fitness routine. I went from 182 pound porker to 156 pounds in short order simply by changing what and how I ate. I went from only being able to hike for about a mile or so to being able to cruise through a 4 or 5 mile hike. Not only look better but feel better!
