    I have been working with Stibens for about two and a half months and I have to say it's been an amazing experience. I'm a pretty athletic person but I wanted to bring my physical training to the next level. The changes in my body (and mind) in such a short period of time have been amazing.

    Stibens is focused, professional, experienced and truly cares about the health and well being of his clients. This isn't a job for him, it's a lifestyle. He understands how to cater a workout to any individuals needs and knows how to push you without being a drill sergeant about the whole situation.

    I'm a snowboarder and have been prepping for a big trip to Argentina so our work outs have focused on the core muscles I will need to be in tip top shape for my adventure. His attention to my goals have been consistent and of course appreciated. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a true professional in the field of physical training.
