This is a video of me setting up a circuit that some of my clients are going to use. Mind you, this is after going through this circuit about 6 or 7 times before I filmed it. So, each time I look up at the timer on the wall ... that's pain. lol
A great way we like to train here at Hard Corps is through self defense practices. Wearing out your body, while committing specific actions/reactions to muscle memory, is a great way to stay in shape. Here I am demonstrating our spiderchain,heavy bag hanging system, while unleashing some frustrations of the week.
I'm doing some pushup variations to show some different levels of athleticism that can be encompassed with this device. The 1st pushups are actually easier than if I were on the ground but these straps do adjust to many different lengths.
