I refer them to other health professionals to get clearance to work with me. The client's issues you described would only need a physicians note (and probably a quick phone call to confirm) and a standard waiver form that everyone must complete.

I love EVERY event in the Olympics! My favorite thing to see, is when someone who wasn't expected to do much wins a metal. Just look up Jessica Leverenz reaction to winning a bronze medal. That's why I watch the Olympics right there.

As someone who has battled sleep issues, I can confidently say that sleep deprivation is incredibly detrimental to your ability. Proper sleep can be the difference in the final rounds for sure. The harder you work, the more important the sleep.

Who said they were getting proper protein from their meals? You can easily eat WITH your shake but remember not to overconsume calories, and note which macronutrients you are taking in at once (a shake will usually constitute all of your protein for a meal).
