    I have been working out with Stephen for 9 months now. In that time, he has physically and mentally transformed me to be a stronger, more athletic individual. My body has completely changed and see and feel the results every day of my life. Not only is he extremely knowledgable in his field, but when working out with him, his focus and determination lies solely on you, the individual. I personally recommend Stephen for any man or woman looking to better themselves physically.

    I worked with Stephen for two years. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated. In his training he teaches you things that you can use in your everyday life. He teaches you the proper techniques for lifting and will stop you and show you the correct way when he sees you using the wrong techniques. He will use liter weights until you have the proper techniques down then start increasing the weight from there. After working with Stephen for a while I caught myself using the proper body mechanics, when bend over and lifting things away from the gym. This is something I didn’t do before I started working out with Stephan. He is also very knowledgeable in nutrition as well and can help with your diet also, and will teach you what to look for on the labels of food and what everything means. I highly recommend Stephen. And I will use him again.

    I have been working with Stephen for two years as my trainer and he has helped me to lose 125 lb. He has helped me to change my life medically in more ways than I could ever have thought. I can do more now physcially than I could before with his help and knowledge as a trainer. I can only say that he knows his stuff and can help you obtain a better life than you will ever know. I very much recommend Stephen as a personnel trainer for anybody out there. Just take the step and contact him.
