Stacy Rae is co-owner of Stacy Rae O.C. Fitness Mama Women's Fitness Studio. She is best known for her unique style of personal training and her passion for helping women Get In Shape, Stay In Shape, and Feel Better about their bodies. This passion is the core of her life’s work; it began over 30 years ago, and it keeps her going today. Poor self esteem and body image is an issue for women of all ages and Stacy Rae is working to help women gain a positive self image. Stacy Rae began teaching aerobics when she was just 16 and, in addition to being a Group Certified Fitness Instructor through A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise), she is a certified PiYo (a combination of Pilates and Yoga) instructor. Throughout her training, she has been able to design workouts for womens specific structure...she is the author of Stacy Rae O.C. Fitness Mama Body Type Workout System. She has said, "Too many women have wasted years working out and not getting results," and she believes that this result is a combination of incorrect workouts and unrealistic goals. Not only is Stacy Rae a personal trainer, she gives lectures, seminars and workshops all over the US, and happily serves the community of Huntington Beach with workshops, lectures and volunteering for churches, schools, senior centers, corporations, and gyms.     OC Fitness Mama is the place to go for complete care of your physical, mental, spiritual, emotional needs! Stacy Rae helps you assess where you are physically and assists you in establishing goals for where you want to be. Every time you walk into the studio you have Stacy Rae's attention - the great benefit of mental, spiritual and emotional encouragement and wisdom along with an incredible workout! Each workout is individual and unique and FUN while challenging to get you to your goals! So thankful I have been working out with Stacy Rae for 10 months and looking forward to all that's coming at the OC Fitness Mama Studio! Thank you Stacy Rae for your TLC of your clients - especially me!

    It has been 1 year since I started my fitness journey with Stacy Rae and her OC Fitness Mama Studio. I was given a gift certificate for my birthday from my wonderful husband and kids, but it took me a month to use it because I felt nervous about having a personal trainer and working out in a group setting. I have to say, as soon as I started my training I was pleasantly surprised how different my experience was at this studio vs. the larger gym I had gone to in the past. The group classes are fun and motivating with everyone cheering and encouraging each other on and Stacy Rae is an expert at knowing all of her clients individual needs and abilities. She also gives us tips and information about eating healthy, taking care of our bodies and minds, and encourages us to reach the goals we set for ourselves. Now, a year later, I am stronger, healthier and have a lot more energy to tackle my everyday life.
    Thank you Stacy Rae for everything. You are the best!

    I was referred to Stacy Rae 6 Months ago and I am so thankful I followed through and set an appointment to meet with Stacy Rae for a consultation. Stacy Rae was such a wealth of information in all areas of fitness health, and nutrition. Stacy Rae actually listened to what I wanted to achieve with her training expertise and we are definitely accomplishing it all . I have been training with Stacy Rae in the group sessions at her studio and I must say that I have not trained with someone as excellent in her field as Stacy Rae and I have had previous personal trainers before Stacy Rae that I am able to compare her too.
    I really look forward to Stacy's group training morning classes as she is such a positive, full of energy, knowledgeable and geuinely caring person about all of us that train with her. Stacy Rae is so great about making sure we stretch properly and watches our form closely and this is so very important to me.
    I love the knowledge Stacy Rae passes on to us while trainng.. all about each strength training exercise and what body parts it is working and so much more. Stacey Rae sparks are interest with valuable information.
    Stacey Rae has so much to offer in her studio and every workout keeps me inspired to keep going back. Thank You Stacey Rae!!!

    Stacey Rae, she is my personal athletic trainer. She specializes the needs, and wants out of what people are needing with in strengthening, losing weight, keeping track of our diets, and much more. She likes to keep a personal involvement with our lives to keep us on the right track for our health's. She's not only a great trainer, but she's also a friend. She has a wonderful spirit, and keeps her students happy, and in shape; therefore, there is never a dull moment in our training. Stacey Rae, is a great instructor, and any of whom is with in her daily life is very lucky to have her in their life.

    Stacy Rae is my first experience with a trainer and now 8 months later I feel encouraged that I can get in shape, make a habit out of this and reach my goals. Before Stacy Rae I was truly trying but just didn’t know how to get there and now I believe I can. Stacy Rae has been an inspiration to me and I admire her expertise and patience!
