I have been going to Sean's group workout classes for over a month now. He is a great motivator and keeps me going when I try to give up. I suffer from back problems and before working with Sean I was afraid to exercise. Sean has given me the confidence to get healthy and get stronger. His classes are always fun and never boring!

Sean's classes are very challenging, but you will see results quickly. I have more energy and have toned up all over since I started in January. He changes the workouts constantly, too, so that it is never boring. He really how to use his workouts to target your muscle groups and work them effectively. Great class! Janet

I have been taking Sean's BodyPump class since January. The class is fun and challenging. Sean does a great job motivating me to keep going when I feel like my body can't do one more rep. He makes the class interesting by changing the BodyPump programs so we don't get bored doing the same one over and over again!

I have been working out with Sean since January. His classes are very challenging. Every day we do something different which keeps me interested in exercising and signing up again. I have noticed an increase in strength and energy. He makes exercise fun! - Donna
