    I found Sheila over a year ago through a co-worker and haven't stopped working out since. I enjoy working out but don't push myself when I work out alone. The small groups make the intense boot camp fun. Being in the 50+ range and fairly fit, I go for the cardio and toning because it's good for me and keeps me young:) It is a great stress release for me too. Sitting at a desk all day can wear on you! I highly recommend her programs and she offers a lot of variety never a dull work-out!

    I have been attending Sheila's boot camp classes off and on over the last year and I really enjoy going to them! She is really helping tone and trim my post-pregnancy body! She is a wealth of knowledge in exercise and nutrition and a great motivator; you can really tell she is passionate about it! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to better their lifestyle through exercise and proper nutrition!

    I currently live in Egypt and needed to continue my workout regimen while visiting family in Texas. I got to work out with Sheila on a temporary basis while visiting my parents who live close to her area of Texas. I found her personality while training to be sweet, yet focused on helping me to meet the challenge of the circuit she had carefully planned for me. I found the workouts to be just what I needed to continue to move forward in my fitness goals. I wouldn't hesitate to work out with her in the future or recommend her to friends who are looking for a personal trainer that is attentive to her clients. Sheila was always encouraging and positive during the workouts, yet tailored them to challenge my current level of fitness.

    I love The bootcamp classes with Sheila. She is a awesome trainer an makes every workout fun and exciting. I hate working out alone because I tend to slack off, Sheila doesn't let me get away with that no matter how hard I try. She pushes me to work hard which boost my motivation an confedince. She is full of usefull information on fitness an nutrition along with many other things. I am hooked on her workouts an classes. By attending bootcamp with her twice a week, I have seen many changes in my body, tonning and thinning down. It's a great work out! She is the best! :)

    I was lucky enough to be able to work with Sheila at two bootcamps on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. She will push and motivate you to do your best and to keep going. Every class was something different and I always left worn smooth out but feeling amazing!! With Sheila's help at her bootcamps plus my normal workouts since the beginning of December I have been able to lose approximately 65 POUNDS and TEN pant sizes!! Super, super excited to be getting to work with her again starting this Friday!! Can't wait to see the amazing results that are sure to come with working with her!! Would DEFINETLY recommend her!!
