I have been training with Sheena for close to eight months now and I truly enjoy my weekly appointments with her. Sheena makes it a point to train each of her clients to the best of their abilities and adapts exercises to their fitness and health levels. Sheena is not just a personal trainer for me, but she is also a friend - something I didn't expect from a "personal trainer". I definitely would recommend Sheena to anyone looking to improve their fitness, nutrition, and outlook on life.

I have always hated weight training and I thought I could just run it off. Sheena has taught me so much about fitness and nutrition. Each workout is challenging and fun! I always look forward to the workout time and the many laughs with Sheena.

I am a lazy person – so exercise would not have been my first choice of activities. I had started eating clean early in 2012 and was feeling great, but knew I needed regular exercise. I needed guidance and to learn how to work out effectively.

September of 2012, I joined a co-worker and began a regular twice weekly workout session with Sheena. It’s now February 2013 and I am hooked. We are now meeting 3 times a week for our workouts. Sheena keeps it interesting and I enjoy going. Between personal training sessions and MAT – I feel so much better. Plus it shows in my clothes and shopping is a lot more fun now. Thanks Sheena!!

I have been working out under Sheena's guidance for close to seven months. She makes each session interesting and, while we work hard on exercising a few different muscle groups at a time, it is actually fun ! She has also taken a personal interest in my nutrition and has helped me to figure out a healthier lifestyle.
