I like to hang after heavy squats or deadlifts. Whether it make a difference or not I don't know...but it feels good to unload my spine. That is a question better asked of a chiropractor I think.

Payment plan? Do you mean installments for a package? if so then no I do not. I am not a collector and my time is too valuable to have to track somebody down for a missed payment. If I was on EFT then yes I would do an auto renew monthly payment with a 30 day cancellation policy.

There are two types of Bosu, the professional Bosu is rated at 350lbs and the home Bosu is rated at 300lbs. I have a home version, and while weighing 240lbs, have jumped on it repeatedly without any issues but that is 60lbs under the limit so I never gave it a second thought.

without even reading the article, I can say that ANY exercise or type of exercise class can be bad if the proper modifications aren't used. It has been my experience that a person needs to be an educated consumer and find the right qualified instructor.

competition? nope. I raised my rates $10 to $60/hr. I am in a market where nobody really advertises and everything is really word of mouth...I plan on changing that this year. The most active trainer I know is sending me his overflow..so there is not really a competition issue between us.
