I have been working out with Sharon three times a week for a few weeks now and she is kicking my butt into shape! Each session we go to one of the two local parks near me to train. Working out in that environment is so much nicer than a smelly gym. She started by evaluating my fitness on the first day and from there worked out a plan with me to reach my goals. I am preparing for a backpacking trip so we do exercises specific to what muscles I'll need to use. Sharon is great at keeping me positive and motivating me when I think I can't do any more reps. Even on days like today where I'm not feeling great or if I had an injury she has the knowledge to shape workouts around those things to give you the best and most efficient workout each session. Very reasonable pricing and it beats the gym any day. I've had many trainers before and Sharon has the mindset of a great trainer who will push you to your limits to find those limits, and then plan around that to consistently raise your fitness level each week to reach your goals. Id strongly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Sharon! See you Wednesday!

I'm the friend referred to Sharon by Charlotte (the reviewer below), and I simply cannot recommend Sharon enough. She is far and above the best trainer I've ever worked with. She assesses and reassesses my goals as we continue to make progress and asks important questions that make me really think about my aims and motivations, which is incredibly helpful and important to self-evaluation and keeping up with the training. She knows when to push and when to encourage. Because of her influence, I find that I challenge myself physically even outside of training sessions. She combines cardio and strength training and changes the locations of workouts regularly, so getting bored with the workout or the environment is never an issue. My main goal is weight loss, and in just about two months working with Sharon, I've lost 20lbs., and I already feel a huge difference in my level of fitness. I would recommend Sharon to anyone, regardless of goals, without reservation.

I'd add about 10 more stars to this review if I could. Sharon is the best trainer I have ever had. She is the only person who has ever given me the hope that I could get in shape, stay in shape, and achieve my goals. She challenges me and pushes me to do things I never thought I could, all the while encouraging me and reminding me of how far I've come. After my workouts, I'm exhausted, but I know that I have exceeded my own expectations, which is priceless. Sharon knows exactly when to challenge, when to encourage, when to let me know that I'm not going to give up, and what to do to keep the workouts (a mix of cardio and strength training) fresh and interesting.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sharon as a trainer. In fact, I've already recommended Sharon to a friend, and that friend loves her too and is very pleased with her own personal results.

If you're looking for a fun way to keep fit, boot camp is definitely the way to stay in shape. Sharon keeps us motivated and interested in exercise three days a week. Once I get my morning workouts done I can carry on with the rest of my day. It feels good to know that Sharon feels the same away I do about health and fitness, she is a true inspiration.

Wow! Sharon is awesome. I've lost inches and weight in the 6 weeks since I started. I love doing my morning workouts with Sharon. I've made new friends and have not felt better in all of my adult life. Join us!

It took me a while to jump in to the fitness mind-set. I based it on past experiences where I tried to do it alone, at a gym or trying to schedule times with friends to do exercise.

All I have to say is Thank-You to Sharon. I highly recommend her. I never thought I could do it, but because she cares and knows her stuff, I am happy to say that I am doing it! She motivates and challenges, but yet makes it fun and worth every minute of my time!

Sharon's early monring work outs are the best way to start your day. Her vast work out knowledge and motivation will definitely get you results. It's fun and rewarding to work out with Sharon!!

Love Sharon's early morning work outs!!! I love the group atmosphere and the different workout's each morning. Sharon is very motivating and very knowledgable. I highly recommend her workouts.

I had always been a gym rat and worked out alone, but Sharon's class changed all that. Her group classes are fun and always different, so there is never any getting bored with the same old thing! I wasn't sure about working out in a group, but that turned out to be not only fun, but motivating! Sharon's classes are a good mix of cardio, weight bearing and plyometric exercises that make you feel like you have had that total body workout every time. I have also taken some private sessions with Sharon, which are equally challenging and fun. Sharon herself is a naturally energetic, and her enthusiasm is contagious. I highly recommend Sharon!!

It took me awhile to attend Sharon's Boot Camp, but once I did I really enjoyed it. Sharon modified my workout to fit my fitness level, she motivated me to push myself for a greater fitness level. I really enjoyed working out outdoors. Each class was different which kept me from being bored. Sharon has a great personality there was alot of laughter in our workouts. I would highly recommend Sharon's Boot Camp to anyone looking for a great workout thats also alot of fun.

I have been attending Sharon's Outdoor Fitness classes since its inception! Sharon's classes are a FULL body workout! Each session is different, which keeps the classes exciting, fresh, and fun. Sharon motivates me to challenge myself for better overall fitness. The combination of cardio, plyometrics, weight bearing excercises and free weights gives you the fitness and toning you hope to achieve. I highly reccomend Sharon's classes for all ages!

Working out has never been fun for me nor had I ever achieved any mentionable level of fitness. Finally, I can say that I have thanks to Sharon's Boot Camp! It's so much better than exercising alone...being in a group helps keep the momentum going! Sharon's a great motivator and a lot of fun too!

Sharon has a great way of motivating us and keeping class interesting, challenging and lots of fun!! She modifies class to fit our individual fitness levels and abilities. I would recommend this class to anyone that wants to get into shape and have fun doing it!

Boot Camp with Sharon is a lot of fun and a perfect way to start your day! Sharon motivated me to achieve a much greater fitness level than I did previously by working out alone. Group classes are great!
