Having been in health and fitness for over 30 years (a master's prepared RN, an experienced educator, and fitness professional), I am combining my nursing experience with fitness for the goal of promoting health and wellness. Personal training clients receive an individualized exercise program designed to fit their personal goals and physical training needs. I enjoy working with various age groups. I believe it is important to match the client with the right trainer to give the client the desired product. I promote working hard in a healthy and safe manner in a Christian environment. Whether you are training for a physical event, just want to increase your fitness level, or are just beginning a fitness program, I will take you from where you are and push you. Indoor and outdoor training available. In addition, I teach 3 group fitness classes a week (all challenging total body workouts). With my passion for fitness, wellness and health, my job is to teach in a professional manner, healthy lifestyle prinicples and changes that will serve the individual throughout their lifetime. I do not support the use of performance enhancement drugs or supplementation, rigid diet regimens or stimulant pills.
