I had serious back problems and found myself in pain more than not. Shari taught me exercises that strengthened my core and improved my posture. I hardly have any pain or back problems now. I am very thankful for her excellent and informative instruction.

Shari really helped me with strength training. I had been diagnosed with 2 herniated and 2 bulging discs in my neck. After the acute pain was relived, Shari came in with strength training to teach me what to do and how to do it. As a 50+ year old, I wasn't ready to give in to being "limited" yet. She gave me a regular routine that I do daily, and I've been doing well for almost 2 years now. I can't thank her enough. I am now able to play with my new grandson and have not had another "acute" flair up since I used her as a personal trainer.

Shari worked with me one-on-one and did a fantastic job. My family was worried because--after several falls--I had become very weak. Shari got me going with her strength training and the results were terrific. My stamina increased and I could do things I could never do before: crawling, getting up from the floor, etc. I have continued with her exercises to this day and am again traveling and participating in ativities I thought I had given up for good. Thank you, Shari, and keep up the good work!

Shari has been so patient with this "old goat". I need constant reminders on what/how to do and she never gets frustrated with me. Despite my hearing challenges, she remains vigilant in making sure I am exercising with correct form. I don't know what I would do without her guidance and support.

I was in the same class for seniors as Elfie Israel and agree with Elfie on all counts. Shari is very careful to be sure that her clients do the exercises appropriate to their physical condition, and her sense of humor made it fun. I was very disappointed when the class ended.
