I am a personal trainer in Dallas, TX with a focus in the Health and Wellness industry. My passion is creating and reinforcing healthy movement patterns established through corrective exercise and core strength. I achieve this by using precise and specific movements that create deep neuromuscular connections. My goal is to have clients experience how exercise is a movement science with all parts of the body working in tandem as opposed to a single muscular action. Students leave feeling energized yet fully aware that specific muscles and groups of muscles have been activated and strengthened.
