    Shane has been a tremendous help in getting rid of pain in my upper shoulders and neck. I was surprised at how gentle the workouts have been and that the results are holistic and far reaching to my better health!
    I agree with the comments here about his ability to motivate and fit your needs. Also, that he is fun to work with and his advise is excellent.

    If you're looking for an outstanding trainer then look no further than Shane. Any trainer can help you get in shape but Shane has a philosophy to get you healthy while making sure you reach your desired fitness goals. No matter your body shape or level of fitness Shane has something for you. I couldn't be happier with the results I've had since working with Shane!!

    Shane is very knowledgeable. I would never do these exercises on my own. His approach is very efficient. Just a simple 30-minute session, but you can really feel the impact afterwards. Great trainer!

    Shane has been a delight to work with for over two years. He makes sure each work-out is different, challenging and tailored to my needs. He is always willing to work with my schedule and my fitness needs that seem to keep changing. He is also motivating and hilarious. I recommend him for all fitness types (low to high) becuase he will help you achieve or maintain your desired level of fitness in a healthy balanced way.

    I have been going to Shane for over a year, now, which is, by far, the longest I have ever stuck with a trainer. I am a full-time working mother of 3. To say I am busy is an understatement so I really appreciate that Shane has developed a workout that accomodates my busy schedule. I can workout [hard] for 30 minutes and feel as good about it as I would for longer sessions. Additionally, I can actually SEE the difference in my body. It's wonderful! I can't speak highly enough about Shane or his abilities as a trainer!
