I have been working out since I was 14, but have really gotten serious about it after I graduated high school. I was used to playing ball every day, and I needed something to fill the void so I started lifting weights. At first it was all about being trying my best to be the strongest i could be, but after shoulder surgery i had to re-evaluate the entire way that I lifted. I started to focus more on form, and changing the way my body looked, instead of just lifting to be strong. I soon began to figure out that I was pretty good at it, and really enjoyed it. So i slowly started to make it a part of my life, until eventually I got the opportunity to be a trainer, so i went out and got certified and I couldn't think of a better I could live my life.
