    Serena is After one workout with her, I could really feel my body and how much I it was really worked. She pushes you to really go for the gold but in a really supportive way. I'd recommend her to anyone who's really serious about getting in shape.

    I've worked with trainers from Minneapolis to Toronto and many points in between, and Serena is one of the best I've ever worked with. Her programs are precisely tailored not just for where you are, but for where you want to be. She pushes you in every way, from your sessions with her to your "homework" to your nutrition. Her approach is holistic -- she doesn't just focus on weight training, she incorporates cardio and flexibilty and nutrition to give her clients a well rounded experience that they can continue even after their session ends. And her focus on nutrition is realistic -- she doesn't suggest you give up everything you've ever eaten, but she encourages you to think about your choices so you can incorporate healthy changes into your everyday life.

    I've been working with Serena for a couple of months now, and I've already lost inches from everywhere! My clothes are fitting better, and I feel so much stronger. Serena works with you in every way: tailoring a workout plan just for you, meeting on your schedule, and encouraging you both during your sessions and throughout the week. I love the combo of fitness and nutrition, and that Serena always has a new idea for a new workout app, a new recipe, or better ways to incorporate fitness into your life.

    I contacted Serena about 6 months before my wedding because I wanted some extra help to get in shape before the big day. Not only did she help me reach my goals so that I felt great on my wedding day, but I've continued to work with Serena since then because exercise and nutrition have now become such an important part of my life now. She's completely tailored a program that works for me and constantly pushes me to go beyond what I think I can achieve. I know that every workout will be something new and different so that it doesn't get boring or monotonous. I appreciate that she is always accessible for questions (I texted her from the grocery store once!), encouragement after a set-back, or to share in the excitement when I accomplish something big or small. I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who is ready to make a change in their life!

    Serena is a qualified trainer and definitely knows her stuff about fitness. I attended one of her group training's over the summer and and got an awesome workout. I wasn't sure what to expect in the beginning since there were people of all levels but based on conversations and watching others, we all got an amazing work out in despite being in different places fitness-wise! Serena really knows how to work with people at any fitness level. I felt so great the rest of the day thanks to Serena's group training. Not only has Serena taught me about easy ways to get in shape but she has incorporated fun into her fitness so it doesn't really feel like you are working out which is important.
