Whether it is preparing for a company presentation or a 5 K run, we draw knowledge and assistance from people we know and trust to help us prepare to succeed. We achieve all success with help from someone, somewhere. That partnership with an expert, or even a friend, is what pushes us to move forward to reach the next level, even a level of physical fitness we've never reached before. In the fall of 2006 my first client came to me in need of something, something to push back the numbers of the scale to a personal weight before her three children were born. Together we pushed and you can read her story in the client comments. My role as your Fitness Coach is to help push, help you realize the enormous impact that good physical and mental health can have on your lifestyle. If you were to seek help from a Life Coach, Professional Success Coach, or a Nutrition Coach, it is very likely that these experts would suggest taking charge of your physical health within the process of moving towards positive changes. Taking care of your physical being helps to enhance your inner being in multiple ways. My philosophy is to create a winning team with each client because the power of two is remarkable when it comes to battling the mental to win the physical goal. Using teamwork we can defeat the toughest opponents of good health. Excuses, bordum, and fear of bulking up are some of the common reasons why women do not follow a steady strength training program. I would approach your goals with an open mind and positive attitude. I can answer those personalized questions like...How long should I work out? How often should I work out? What excercise will do what? How much weight should I lift? Let me share with you why I have the experience to answer those questions confidently. I am a former team member of collegiate basketball and volleyball programs at the Division I and Division III levels and have experienced first hand the challenges of becoming a stronger person, both physically and mentally. My success depended on coaches and teachers with positive attitudes and the skills to prepare me to perform at the top level and achieve success. Post college years I followed my dreams and worked in radio and television, both on and off the air waves. The experience was amazing and I wouldn't change it for the world. I say this to encourage my clients to follow their paths to goals they've only dreamed of. In this career change to Personal Fitness Training I have carried my ambitions and talents over to this arena of fitness to lift, encourage, and support women to take their fitness levels seriously to enhance their daily lives. Come join me in the fight against aging illnesses, diabetes, high blood pressure, stress and other ailments that effect women daily. I can help you begin that journey to success today. And I promise to make that journey challenging, yet simple, tough but fun! You are worth it! How..you ask? MOTIVATION! Finally, I have gained inspiration from my clientele. I have been working with Sarah for about two years. She always has a smile on her face and she makes exercising fun. I have seen a big increase in muscle strength as I continue to work with her. I've been seeing Sarah as a trainer for almost 4 years. She has helped this 63 year old woman to feel stronger and healthier by designing a program that mixes strength training with cardio.
