My first experience with fitness routines was exercising with "Mickey's Mousercise" on the Disney Channel at age 6. By age 12, I was participating in hi-lo aerobics classes. In my mid-20's, I decided to make fitness and wellness a career. Now, I have a master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology as well as several group exercise and personal trainer certifications. Currently, my full-time job is managing the group exercise and personal training program at a university recreation center. I'm also adjunct faculty in the university's Health, PE, and Leisure Studies department and a presenter for a national certification company.

    Sarah is awesome. She is incredibly knowledgeable, which I feel brings so much to a workout--it's not just the exercise, but the correct way to do the exercise and why, and what muscles you're working with the exercise. She's also certified in practically every form of exercise known to man, so it's impossible to get bored. She can do it all--cardio, Insanity, stretching, yoga, weightlifting. Sarah also brought music to accompany the exercises, which made the workouts fun--I enjoyed working out with Sarah! She would also regularly send me websites or bring me information on a topic we discussed to help me better understand an exercise or how a muscle responds to exercise--I felt this benefitted my workout immensely. I recommend her without reservation for someone who wants to exercise, understand the benefits of exercise, exercise safely and enjoy better health.
