I am a very active person with a passion to help other people hit their life goals through wellness of the entire body, emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. I enjoy a good challenge and love to push myself to the limits. My favorite competitions are adventure racing. Big fan of the Warrior Dash, Spartan Race, Marathons and general road racing. I primarily do personal training and group fitness instruction at the gym and various locations. I am a wife and a mother of 6 children (yes a set of twins).

    Sarah is a really inspiring trainer! She is steadfast and a great class teacher and she is very well-informed. She's also a good role model for all young mothers who struggle with finding time to take care of themselves while taking care of their families. She has a great attitude and zeal for fitness!

    Sarah is an awesome trainer. I have been training with her for one year. I have seen reduction in both my weight and my overall body fat percentage. Her workouts are personally designed to help individuals target the areas they feel are trouble spots. She has also helped guide me towards better nutrition!
