ONLY Sarah can get me out of bed and motivated (uncaffinated) to work very hard in a high intensity body sculpting class. Her energy is infectious. She is truly in her element when she is teaching fitness classes from yoga to will power and grace and everything in between. Whatever she is teaching she brings it!
If you have a chance to train with Sarah, 'jump on it!' you will not be sorry. She is a class act.

ONLY Sarah can rally me out of bed at six am to do the hardest workout EVER (without caffeine) Because Sarah has the enthusiasm to get the room excited and everyone moving. She is truly talented in what she does. To say this is her calling wouldbe underestimating her talents. She has worked hard educating herself to provide the highest level of training for her clients. And those that frequent Snowcreek Athletic Club are the ones reaping the benefits of all her hard work!

Sarah's energy makes you want to work hard and have a great time while you're working out! She's a wonderful instructor, she keeps you engaged and dedicated. She pushed me to a new level, and I especially enjoy her willpower and grace classes. She really has the practice down and can change the tempo of the class on a dime to keep you guessing and sweating!!

Sarah has a great energy in all of her classes. I not only have taken them as her supervisor but as a participant and absolutely LOVE them.
It's rare to find such a solid instructor. Worth taking her classes.
Her yoga feels like one hour plus of a massage
and all her classes make you feel so good about yourself. Worthwhile.
