I just recently moved to Park City from San Diego. My trainer in San Diego suggested that I give Sam a try. It was a very good recommendation. I have seen very positive gains in my health and fitness level. The first area that we worked on was my postural alignment. I had used the Egoscue method before but had gone away from it. I am now more consistent with my Egoscue routine and it works. I work out with Sam 1-2 times per week and we have been focusing on my core strength. The effort has been really worth it. Sam is knowledgeable and has an engaging personality. She is also very clear in her expectations and what I need to do to get the maximum benefit.

I came to Sam last summer after being thrown from a horse. Needless to say, I really needed some help with my alignment. What was interesting though was Sam noticing a former injury to my shoulder that also had my spine out of alignment and had created on and off back pain.
The exercises really helped me get back on track and now, after 4 years, my shoulder injury is healed. I actually had thought surgery would be the only way out.
It was also interesting learning more about postural alignment. I don't think many people realize how important good posture is for all of us.
I would and have highly recommended Sam.

Sam is absolutely, hands down the best trainer in Park City, if not Utah! Her knowledge in the field is so impressive! I was working out with a different trainer before going to Sam so I was fit starting my sessions and had something to compare to. Anyway, 5 years later, I have had 2 babies and my body measurements are smaller than they were pre-baby. I know each exercise Sam has me do is healthy and will not create any injuries especially when I am pregnant! She is constantly educating herself in the field attending exercise and fitness classes so she is current on new ways to stay fit. I have found this to be rare in many trainers. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!

I have been training with Sam for 6 years as her !st client. She is excellent at developing strength while being aware of my body and the alignment. Each workout is so different and perfect for the day. It's as though she knows what I need. If I have any pain we work on that for the session and because she has knowledge in so many areas I walk out pain free and with exercises to correct the problem.
Sam has kept me strong and aligned for years which helps me enjoy all my sports and everyday life.

Sam is one of the most knowledgable trainers i have ever worked with. Eventhough her breadth of knowledge is already vast she continues to learn and experience new things which she applies to her training methodology. She is adept at pulling from her resources and tailoring a workout to your goals, needs and requirements. She is creative and makes every workout fresh. Sam is motivating and supportive, she truly wants you to achieve your fitness goals and her efforts are constantly moving you in the right direction. She is always professional and well prepared for your sessions and it is obvious that she has put work in on her own time to maximize your experience.

Sam is an awesome trainer. She has a great personality and wonderful sense of humor. I am always impressed with her vast knowledge and the ability to make each workout unique. She motivates me to do things that I wouldn't do on my own. I have had problems with my shoulder in the past, but because of her thoroughness and extreme knowledge base, she has been able to customize a safe and effective program that allows me to exercise without pain. I have been working with Sam for over five years now and would not want to train with anyone else.
