    I have been going to the dungeon for four months now! It was once a week now it's twice a week for the last two months. I have shredded weight and doubled my muscle. Best personal trainer I have ever met. He knows his routines. If your in it for body building, weight loss, core, etc. He will kick your ass and get u passed what u ever thought your body would look like!
